Epaulé par un orchestre symphonique, Peter Gabriel interprétera les titres de son nouvel album "Scratch My Back", ainsi que des versions inédites de ses plus grands succès. Trois heures de spectacle inoubliable dans le cadre somptueux de l'amphithéâtre romain d'Avenches, le dimanche 12 septembre 2010 dès 20h00.

Peter Gabriel, c'est évidemment l'âme de Genesis (de 1967 à 1975), mais c'est aussi et surtout un artiste complet qui affiche une carrière solo aussi longue que prolifique.
Son dernier album solo, "Scratch My Back", est sorti en février 2010. Dans la foulée, Peter Gabriel a donné trois concerts exclusifs à Londres, Paris et Berlin. Il a su conquérir le public avec un spectacle grandiose de trois heures, dans lequel il interprète ses nouveaux titres bien sûr, mais également ses plus grands succès, troquant batteries et guitares contre un orchestre symphonique.

Au vu du succès rencontré, Peter Gabriel a décidé de poursuivre cette fabuleuse expérience avec une tournée d'une dizaine de dates qui débutera dans les arènes d'Avenches, dimanche 12 septembre 2010 !
